FIRST PICTURE OF DAMAGED XIAOMI MI 11 SPOTTED ON WEIBO

Xiaomi Mi 11

One week after the Chinese tech giant Xiaomi officially launched its flagship Mi 11 series, the first damaged unit has been spotted and severely damaged in an embarrassing manner. The actual owner of the damaged device is unknown, but the damaged device has been posted on the Chinese social app Weibo.

As you can see from the picture below, the Mi 11 frame is bent backwards, almost forming a 90-degree angle with the lower part of the camera module. The elbow also barely missed the power button, but caused the rear glass plate to crack.

Several reasons for the damage were proposed, and some even hinted that the user was trying to convert the device into a foldable phone.

Xiaomi Mi 11 is equipped with Snapdragon 888 chip, which is the first device equipped with Qualcomm’s latest flagship SoC. The device is also equipped with a 2K 120Hz curved screen, a 4600mAh battery, and supports 55W wired, 50W wireless and 10W wireless reverse charging.

The main camera is a 100MP Samsung HMX sensor, Harman Kardon stereo dual speakers and other features.

Like other Xiaomi flagship models, Mi 11 uses front and rear glass design and aluminum middle frame. Not only that, the device also uses the latest Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, which is currently the strongest glass protective film.

Therefore, any force that destroys the model shown in the figure above must be strong.
