The Google Opinion Rewards app was launched in 2013. The application can be used on both Android and iOS, and can provide users with Play Store credits (Android users) or cash via PayPal (iOS users) after a Google survey. According to reports, the app is now available in Thailand.
The support page of Opinion Rewards lists the countries/regions where the application can be used. The current list has 29 countries/regions, including the newly added Thailand. The page also says that only users over 18 years old are eligible.
So if you are interested and live in Thailand, all you have to do is go to the Play Store and download the Google Opinion Rewards app, register, opt-in to the service and start these surveys.
The app description says that surveys are sent approximately once a week, and users can choose from choices between logos to more personal questions (such as when to plan their next trip).

The credit obtained from the survey can be used to purchase items in the Google Play store.
There is no other country/region when the application will be used, but since the service was launched in the United States about 7 years ago, only 29 countries/regions are supported, so many countries/regions will most likely not be able to Get the application.
