GOOGLE PIXELS RECEIVES JANUARY 2021 UPDATES WITH IMPROVEMENT.

Google has released the January 2021 security update for all eligible Pixel smartphones. In addition to patching certain vulnerabilities, the build of each device also brings fixes and improvements.

The latest security update for Pixel comes with a total of six fixes and improvements for different models. They are distributed in four categories, namely audio, display/graphics, sensors and telephony.

All eligible Pixels-Pixel 3/3 XL, Pixel 3a/3a XL, Pixel 4/4 XL, Pixel 4a/4a 5G and Pixel 5 will be targeted to cause some applications to not work properly.

The fix for the issue restarted intermittently and resolved an issue that prevented calls on certain MVNO networks. All these phones have also improved the automatic rotation response for certain device orientations.

In addition, the automatic brightness response of devices released in 2020-Pixel 4a, Pixel 4a 5G and Pixel 5 under certain lighting conditions has been improved.

It is worth noting that with each update, these phones have been improved for some time. Finally, this update brings adjustments and improvements to the system sound volume on Pixel 5, and fixes the issue that caused speaker noise in some cases on Pixel 4a 5G.
