HONOR V40’S CAMERA CONFIGURATION REVEALED IN A NEW LEAK.

Honor will launch the Honor V40 smartphone in China on January 18. Prior to the release, the company is busy revealing some of its key features. Today, it confirmed that Honor V40 will use a 50-megapixel main camera. At the same time, a poster of the Honor V40 surfaced on Weibo to showcase its design, color selection and key specifications.

Honor revealed that Honor V40 has an ultra-sensitive main camera with 500,000 pixels. It also mentioned that the phone will be able to take amazing photos in low light conditions. According to Chinese experts, it may be equipped with a 1/1.5-inch Sony IMX7XX lens.

Previous reports claimed that Honor V40 is equipped with a four-lens setup. The new poster that is being released on Weibo now shows that the camera setup of Honor V40 includes three cameras, a laser autofocus unit and an LED flash.

Therefore, in addition to the 50-megapixel main lens, this phone is also equipped with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel macro camera.

In the new poster, Honor V40 can be seen in three colors, such as black, blue and gradient orange. It has a curved edge display with a pill-like cut in the upper left corner.

The poster also confirmed that the Honor V40’s display can produce 1.07 billion colors. Recent reports indicate that it has a 6.72-inch OLED FHD+ display that can provide a refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 300Hz.

Honor V40 can be supported by MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chipset. The device may be equipped with a 4,000mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging. Some leaks also claim that the phone supports wireless charging.
