Honor V30

HONOR V40’s YORK CODENAME AND YOK-AN10 MODEL NUMBER REVEALED.

Honor is expected to announce the Honor V40 series in China in December. A recent report shows that the release date of the series has been postponed to January 2021. The new leak shows that Honor will only announce one Honor V40 model.

Last year, Honor released Honor V30 and Honor V30 Pro in November. Therefore, the rumor factory has speculated for several months that Honor V40 and Honor V40 Pro phones will replace these devices.

A Chinese seducer discovered the record of the first Honor mobile phone to be launched after the company’s recent reorganization into an independent brand.

He revealed that the code name of the device is YORK, and its model is YOK-AN10. The device may be an Honor V40 smartphone.

The leaker added that the company initially planned to launch multiple V40 models. However, now that the Kirin chipset version has been deleted, there will be only one version for V40. The remaining models are powered by Dimensity chips.

A recent report shows that the Honor V40 series has two models, one uses Kirin 9000 and the other uses Dimensity 1000+ SoC version. There have been vague rumors in the past that the Honor V40 will be equipped with a 6.72-inch FHD+ curved display and support a 120Hz refresh rate.

Its rear camera module may have a 40-megapixel Sony IMX700 RYYB lens as the main camera. It can be equipped with dual front cameras to capture selfies. V40 may support 66W SuperCharge and 40W wireless charging.

It is expected to come with stereo speakers, 5G, Wi-Fi, USB-C and glass housing and other features. There is no information about equipment prices.
