Since these two phones were actually found in some retail stores in China recently, their specifications and appearance have been disclosed. Before the official release, Huawei Nova 8 has been listed in the China Telecom product library. As usual, the list reveals key details of the Nova 8 smartphone.
The list shows that the model of Huawei Nova 8 is ANG-AN00. It will be available in two versions, such as 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage. The prices of these variants are not mentioned in the list. Recent reports claim that its price may start at 3,000 yuan (~$458).
The Huawei Nova 8 smartphone uses a glass and polycarbonate chassis, measures 160.12 x 75.1 x 7.64mm and weighs 169 grams.
The phone has a 6.5-inch OLED screen with a central punching design and curved edges. The screen provides Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. It is equipped with an in-screen fingerprint reader.
