Micromax has launched IN Note 1 and IN 1b smartphones in India and has achieved great success. In fact, the company received a great response from the first batch of bookings that went online on November 10. However, the first sale of IN 1b has not proceeded as planned.

The company’s co-founder Rahul Sharma went to Twitter to announce the delay. According to the company, due to unforeseen circumstances, Micromax IN 1b will not be available for immediate purchase.

In fact, there are reports that the delay is caused by logistics issues. Now, considering that according to previous reports, all units were booked in the first booking, which is really disappointing.

If we remember, the Micromax IN 1b device should be on sale on the Flipkart and Micromax websites today (November 26) at 12:00 PM CST. The price of the device is ₹6,999 and ₹7,999 for the 2/32GB and 4/64GB models respectively.

In any case, the company has not yet shared an official update regarding the new sales date. But we really hope that Micromax can solve the problem as soon as possible to clear the sale of IN 1b in the next few days.

Micromax IN 1b is the company’s budget product. It has a 6.52-inch IPS LCD HD+ display. The display has a resolution of 1600×720 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9.

Although its rear camera layout and fingerprint sensor are similar to IN Note 1, its display has a notch instead of a punch hole. The IN 1b under the hood is powered by the MediaTek Helio G35 SoC.

This is paired with 2/4GB RAM and 32/64GB storage. For the camera, there is a 13MP main lens and a 2MP sensor on the rear. At the front, there is an 8MP selfie shooter tucked under the mini drop notch.

All of these are supported by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 10W charging. Other features include a microSD slot, 4G, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi, 3.5mm audio jack, GPS, Google Assistant button, and face unlock for the connection.

The device is running pure Android 10 OS without any expansion software. Micromax also guarantees a 2-year upgrade.
