NEW VIVO S9 5G CONFIRMED TO FEATURE DIMENSITY 1100 AND UFS 3.1

Today, Vivo played a promotional video for the Vivo S9 5G smartphone that will be launched in China on March 3. The design of Vivo S9 5G was revealed through its official renderings last week. Today’s promotional videos actually tease the phone and confirm some of its main functions.

The short video shows that the Vivo S9 5G has a wider cutout on the screen like the previous Vivo S7 5G smartphone. The notch is equipped with a dual selfie camera system. The company confirmed last week that it includes a 44-megapixel lens as the main selfie camera.

The back of the Vivo S9 5G provides a rectangular module for its triple camera system. The leak claims that it includes a 64-megapixel main camera.

The promotional video confirms that the Vivo S9 5G is driven by the Dimensity 1100 chipset and UFS 3.1 storage. Speaking of Dimensity 1100, this phone is already equipped with a chipset and 12 GB of RAM on Geekbench. You can see that the phone is running on Android 11 OS.

The company has confirmed that the device will be equipped with a 32-megapixel selfie camera. Past reports have shown that the Vivo S9e has specifications similar to the Dimensity 820 chipset, 8 GB RAM, 4,300mAh battery and 33W fast charging.
