Last month, Chinese smartphone manufacturer OPPO launched its next-generation Reno series-OPPO Reno5 in its domestic market. The series includes four mobile phones-Reno5, Reno5 Pro, Reno5 Pro + and the newly launched Reno5 4G.
Today, OPPO officially confirmed that the OPPO Reno5 Pro 5G smartphone will be launched in the Indian market on January 18. It is touted as India’s first device powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chipset.
As for the specifications, Reno5 Pro is equipped with a 6.55-inch OLED display that can provide a screen resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels and a 90Hz refresh rate.
In addition to being supported by Dimensity 1000+ SoC, the phone is also equipped with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage space.
Currently, there is no information on which memory variants will be released on the Indian market. To be sure, we will have to wait a few more weeks before we can hold an official press conference.
However, the highlight of OPPO Reno5 Pro is still the camera department, and the company will ensure that phones are sold in this way. It has a 64MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and two 2MP sensors to form a quad camera module.
The front of the device is equipped with a 32MP snapshot program that can be used for taking pictures and video calls. The phone supports Dual SIM 5G and will run the latest Android 11 operating system, with ColorOS 11 on the top. The device is powered by a 4,350mAh battery that supports 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging technology.
