OPPO RENO 5 SERIES SALES GENERATES OVER 100 MILLION YUAN WITHIN 10 MINUTES.

A few days ago, OPPO launched the new OPPO Reno5 and Reno5 Pro smartphones in China, both of which are on sale today at 10:00 am local time. Now, official data released by OPPO shows the popularity of the device. The company shared that in just ten minutes of sales, the Reno5 series model generated 100 million yuan in revenue.

The price of the Reno5 8GB + 128GB model is 2699 yuan (~$412), while the price of the 12GB + 256GB model is 2999 yuan (~$458). On the other hand, the 8GB + 128GB model of Reno5 Pro is priced at 3399 yuan (~$519), while the 12GB + 256GB model is priced at 3799 yuan, or about $581.

According to the specifications, Reno5 is equipped with a 6.43-inch Full HD + OLED display with a refresh rate of 90Hz and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC.

On the other hand, the Pro series is equipped with a 6.55-inch OLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chipset.

In the camera department, both devices have a quad camera setup on the back. The standard model has 64 MP + 8 MP + 2 MP + 2 MP sensors, and the Pro model has the same configuration. On the front, these devices are equipped with a 32 MP snapper.

Both smartphones run the latest Android 11 operating system out of the box and are on top of the company’s own ColorOS 11. OPPO Reno5 is powered by a 4,300mAh battery, while Reno5 Pro is powered by a 4,350mAh battery. They all have 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging support.
