PS5 TO LAUNCH ON FEBRUARY 2 IN INDIA.

If you are a fan of PS5 in India, it must be Sony’s best New Year gift. The company finally announced the release date of PlayStation 5 in the country.

Sony’s PlayStation India made an important announcement via a Twitter post. Therefore, the next generation of game consoles will be officially launched in India on February 2, 2021.

Before that, you can start booking at 12pm on January 12 (US Central Standard Time) (UTC+05:00). The following is a list of online and retail partners where you can pre-order PS5:

Sony also stated that pre-orders will continue until “stocks last.” People are reluctant to wait for the official listing, and people have started buying imported units at crazy prices as high as 90,000 rupees ($1,231).

In addition, Sony also stated that the price of games such as Demon Soul, Destroy All-Stars, Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales Ultimate Edition is 4999 rupees. However, the standard version of “Sackboy: A Big Adventure and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales” is priced at Rs 3,999.

Sony PlayStation 5 came out after a delay of three months in India. Since its first official release on November 12 (USA, Japan), it has been in great demand.

The company did its best to improve inventory during its European listing on November 19.

Nevertheless, the Indian launch is finally here, and it will definitely add up to the 3.4 million unit sales that Sony has achieved elsewhere last year.
