A few months ago, Xiaomi released the Redmi K30S Extreme commemorative edition. Smartphones have been widely welcomed in the company’s domestic market, and demand for the device is still high, which has caused supply problems.
Given the popularity of smart phones, the company does not seem to be wasting time to improve the user experience. According to the report, a few weeks after the official release, the device has now received the new MIUI 12 update.
The new update of the Redmi K30S Extreme commemorative edition mainly focuses on the software algorithm and optimizes the vibration effect of the phone.
In addition, Google also provided new security patches and made further improvements to optimize game performance and power consumption when using Wi-Fi.
As for the device, it is not much different from the Mi 10T smartphone that the company launched earlier this year. However, in the Chinese market, Redmi K30S Extreme commemorative edition is cheaper than Mi 10T.
The smartphone has a 6.67-inch display, supports Full HD+ screen resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, HDR10+, MEMC, 650nits brightness and up to 144Hz refresh rate.
It is supported by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC and combined with up to 8GB of LPPDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. In charge of the camera department is the 64MP Sony IMX682 main sensor, which is equipped with a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens and 123-degree FOV, as well as a 5MP macro sensor. There is a 20MP snapshot program on the front, which can be used to take pictures
The device supports 5G connection and can directly use MIUI 12 based on the Android 10 operating system. The phone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging technology.
