Redmi is expected to announce the Redmi Note 9 series for China this month. The Redmi Note 9 series phones listed earlier this year are 4G devices. However, the Redmi Note 9 series heading to China supports 5G connections.
A tipster revealed that the standard and premium versions of Redmi Note 9 will be launched for the domestic market. The tipster also revealed the specifications of the two smartphones.
REDMI NOTE 9 5G STANDARD VERSION.
The new leak reveals that the Redmi Note 9 5G measures 161.96 x 77.35 x 9.2mm and weighs 200 grams. It has a 6.53-inch IPS LCD display with a punch hole in the upper left corner.
The screen supports 1080 x 2400 pixels Full HD+ resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The front camera of the Redmi Note 9 5G is 13 megapixels, and the back is a 48-pixel triple camera system.
The Dimensity 800U chipset is located under the hood of the Redmi Note 9 5G. It has a 5,000mAh battery and supports 22.5W fast charging.
REDMI NOTE 9 5G HIGH VERSION.
Redmi Note 9 5G High Edition measures 1654 x 76.8 x 9mm and weighs 214 grams. It has a 6.67-inch hole-punch display centered on the top.
The LCD panel provides an adaptive refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 240Hz. It also supports Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9.
Samsung’s 108-megapixel HM2 lens will make its debut in the four-lens system of the Redmi Note 9 5G High Edition. It has a 16 megapixel front camera.
The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 750 chipset and has a 4,820mAh battery. It supports 33W fast charging. It seems that Redmi Note 9 High Version is an adjusted version of Mi 10T Lite and can be purchased in the global market.
