REDMIBOOK 15 PRO TO DEBUT IN FEBRUARY THIS YEAR.

Last week, Xiaomi confirmed that it will soon launch a new RedmiBook Pro laptop equipped with the latest 11-generation Intel Core processor. Today, the company revealed that RedmiBook Pro will break the cover in February. Recent reports indicate that the next laptop under the Redmi brand will be called RedmiBook Pro 15.

The exact configuration of RedmiBook Pro 15 is unclear. However, the 11th generation Core i5 and i7 laptop versions were spotted on Geekbench 5 last week.

The list shows that Core i5-11300H CPU version and Core i7-11370H CPU version are both equipped with 16 GB of RAM, and Windows 10 OS is pre-installed.

At the same time, the RedmiBook 15S model with AMD Ryzen processor was also seen on the same benchmark test platform. The Ryzen 5 5600H CPU version has 8 GB and 16 GB RAM variants, while the Ryzen 7 5800H model has 16 GB RAM.

Redmi is expected to launch the Redmi K40 series conference in February. The company may use the same event to announce the RedmiBook Pro 15 laptop.

The Redmi K40 Pro starts at 2999 yuan (~$462) and is expected to be equipped with a Snapdragon 888 chipset, a flat panel display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a large battery with a capacity of more than 4,000mAh. There are speculations that there may be two K40 models debuting with Snapdragon 888 next month.

For Xiaomi, next month may be very eventful, because there are rumors that it will launch Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro. There are rumors that it can be equipped with a better camera compared to the vanilla Xiaomi Mi 11. Some reports claim that this may be Xiaomi’s first mobile phone with a Selfie camera with a display.
