After launching Realme Watch S in Pakistan earlier this month, the company has now launched the same product and Realme 7 5G smartphone in Europe.
This is the first time that Realme launched the second smartwatch in this category in June of this year. Realme Watch S is equipped with a 1.3-inch LCD touch screen display, which provides a screen resolution of 360 x 360 pixels and has an automatic brightness sensor. The display panel is protected by a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on top.
The company offers 12 kinds of dials on board, and said there will be more than 100 dials available in the near future.
The main functions on the device include sleep monitoring, call rejection, smart notifications, and music and camera control.
It is equipped with an optical heart rate sensor and a blood oxygen level monitoring sensor (SpO2). There are 16 sports modes, including walking, indoor running, outdoor running, etc.
In the software department, wearable devices are running a proprietary operating system that is similar to the operating system on the original Realme Watch. Since it is a branch version of FreeRT OS, it lacks some major features. The smart watch also has an IP68 protection level and a waterproof depth of 1.5m.
The company warned users not to carry the device with them when bathing or swimming. It is powered by a 390mAh battery, which the company claims can last 15 days on a single charge.
Realme Watch S is priced at 79.99 euros in Europe and can be purchased through the company’s official website Realme.com in Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal.
