According to a report by SIA (Via DigiTimes), “Global semiconductor sales continued to grow in November, increasing year-on-year by the highest percentage since March.
SIA President and CEO John Neuffer said that despite the pandemic And other macroeconomic factors, but the annual sales in 2020 will still far exceed the total sales in 2019.
He further added: “Sales entering the Americas in November are still strong, with double-digit year-on-year growth for the 11th consecutive month.”

The report pointed out that in November, semiconductor sales in the Americas increased by 14.2% year-on-year, while sales in China Increased by 6.3%, while the Asia Pacific/Other regions increased by 5.3%.
Despite growth in most regions, sales in Japan and Europe fell by 1% and 4.8%, respectively. In November, the sales volume of semiconductors also increased in each region every month.
These include Europe’s growth of 6%, America’s growth of 3.2%, China’s growth of 2.9%, Asia Pacific/all other regions’ growth of 2.8%, and finally Japan’s growth of 1.6%.
