Following the crack down on Tik Tok by different countries, a lot of social media apps are struggling to replace Tik Tok one of such is Snapchat who has launched a new navigation feature for public content, with the new feature Snapchat clients will explore open content(content in Snapchat Discover area) with a vertical swiping movement, an advocated motion by TikTok.

Swiping between parts of a story will in any case need a tap to progress, as it as of now works. With the new analysis, even swiping signals to one side or right will leave the UI as opposed to moving between Stories.
