TCL ADOPTS GOOGLE TV FOR 2021 MODEL IN 2021.

TCL is one of the largest companies in the smart TV market. It has announced at CES 2021 that the company will launch the TCL Google TV series in the United States this year, and will soon promote it to other regions.

The company also added that they will combine Google’s new entertainment experience, Google TV and its own display technologies such as Mini-LED, 8K and QLED. Designed to provide users with an amazing media consumption experience and better access to content.

For TCL, this is a big change. So far, TCL has been using Roku TV as a platform in most devices, including the recently launched 6-series and 8-series high-end smart TVs.

However, the company adopted Android TV in some models of the 3 and 4 series in the United States last year. For those who don’t know, Google TV, which was launched with Google TV’s Chromecast last year, comes with an improved user interface that can better integrate with the system and make it easier for users to find programs and programs from different applications and TVs.

At present, the company has not disclosed which series of smart TVs will receive the right to choose Google TV, and whether previous Android TV models are eligible for updates. We hope to get more information from the company in the next few weeks or months.
