People have high expectations for the Tecno POVA smartphone released by Trassion Holidng Tecno mobile. The renderings and specifications of the smartphone were released in October. Tecno has now officially launched a smartphone in Nigeria.
Tecno POVA is a good mid-range smartphone, and considering the huge 6000mAh battery on board (which can last a century), it seems to be designed for gaming.
POVA packs a 6.8-inch display with a punch-hole design for selfie cameras. The size of the phone is 171.2 x 77.57 x 9.4mm and the weight is 185g.
The rear panel is made of fashionable multilayer graphite + thermal conductive gel, which can improve heat dissipation and reduce charging temperature rise.
It has a glossy texture and is available in a variety of colors. There is a Quad camera on the back, beautifully arranged, located in the upper left corner of the panel.
These sensors include a 13MP F / 1.85 aperture transparent lens, 2MP depth control lens, 2MP macro lens for ultra wide angle and a 0.3 MP low light AI lens and a super quad flash.
The Tecno POVA is powered by the MediaTek Helio G80 chipset, which is paired with 6GB of RAM and has 64GB of storage on board. The phone can run on custom HiOS 7.0 based on Android 10 OS.
As mentioned earlier, the device has a huge 6000mAh lithium polymer non-removable battery. The phone supports 18W dual IC flash charging.
There is also a rear fingerprint sensor on the device. The price of the device is unknown, but apparently, it has been sold in the Philippines through Shopee’s official TECNO MOBILE store for P6,999 ($145). Tecno is expected to launch smartphones in India on December 24.
